Insights

Chat

Ask questions about your data in plain English and get an answer with the chart and the query behind it. Follow up in the same conversation, see each result against the previous period and the same period last year, and turn an answer about a group of customers into a segment.

Dashboards

Verity builds ready-made dashboards for your connected sources, including a cross-channel ecommerce view, and you can build your own from a gallery of chart styles. Filter and drill into any chart, ask questions about it, and share dashboards with your team live or as published versions.

Reports

Describe the analysis you want in plain English and get a written report with charts and tables, every number drawn from your connected data and traceable to its source. Refine it in conversation, send it for review and approval, and email it to recipients on a schedule.

Activation

Segments

Build audiences from customer profiles and behaviour, such as who bought, browsed or opened an email in a given period, and see how many people match as you build. Keep each segment in sync with Google Ads, Meta, Brevo, ActiveCampaign and other destinations as its membership changes.

Discovery

See what is actually in your connected data before you build a segment: every table, the events it holds, and for each property how often it is filled, how many different values it has and which values are most common.

Campaigns

Personalize your Shopify storefront or your own website per audience: decide what each segment sees, from the most specific audience down to a fallback, and show product recommendations. Test versions against each other or against a holdout, and see how many visitors a campaign reached and what they bought.

Surveys

Ask Shopify buyers how they heard about you right after checkout, and see their self-reported channels next to the revenue they brought in. It captures word of mouth, podcasts, offline ads and other channels that click-based analytics cannot see.

Data Management

Sources

Connect your ad platforms, analytics, store and email tools, such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo and Brevo, or bring your own BigQuery or Snowflake data. See how fresh each source is, and combine customers from every source into one unified profile.

Authorizations

Manage the connections to your Google, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook and other accounts in one place: see who made each connection and which sources use it, and pause, resume, rename or remove them.

Destinations

Send segment membership to the tools where you act on it: BigQuery, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads audiences and Meta audiences. Every destination your account publishes to is listed in one place.

Semantic Layer

Define the metrics your team uses once: give a metric its own filter, divide one metric by another, compare with earlier periods, build running totals and calculate fields from other columns. Every chart, table and chat answer that uses a metric then shows the same number.

Business Context

Give Verity's agents your company's own context: a business profile with what you sell, your markets, seasonality and goals, plus reference documents and dated events such as a launch or a price change. Agents use it automatically when they answer.

Agents

Agents are the analysts behind Chat. For connectors such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify and Microsoft Ads, an agent is ready as soon as the source is connected and answers across all your accounts for that connector at once. Custom agents let you choose which data they use.

Targets

Enter revenue targets, spend budgets and guardrails per month, quarter, week or year, by typing them, pasting from a spreadsheet or importing a file. The same numbers then show up as a comparison on dashboards, in reports and in the assistant, and in monitors that alert you when a guardrail is breached.

Automations

Monitors

Watch a metric on a schedule and get an email alert when it moves more than you expect, compared with an earlier period, your target or a guardrail. Preview what a monitor would have said before you create it.

Getting started

Welcome

Verity is an analytics platform where you explore your data through Chat, Dashboards and Reports, turn insights into action with audience segments, and connect, model and govern your data sources in one place.

Account admin

Workspaces

Organize segments, conversations, dashboards and data sources in workspaces: a company-wide workspace your whole team shares, a personal workspace, and optional custom workspaces for a specific team or project.

How your contact data is protected

Contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers are stored as fingerprints by default, so your warehouse never holds the plaintext values. Every lookup of a real value is recorded in an audit log you can review, and you can process right-to-erasure requests.

Connecting your own BigQuery warehouse

Use a BigQuery project you already own as your data warehouse instead of one Verity creates for you, so the data Verity builds stays in your own Google Cloud project, and let it analyse the existing datasets you choose.

Choosing your attribution model

Choose how revenue is credited when several marketing channels were involved: first click, last click, linear, time decay, position based, or survey blended, which also counts the buyer's post-purchase survey answer. Your choice applies to every report, dashboard and chat answer, and you can view your channels under another model without changing it.

MCP connections

Connect Claude, Codex, Cursor or another MCP client to your Verity data, so the AI assistant you already use can ask questions and run queries in the account and workspace you choose. You can review everything a connection has done.
